Still confused on what's tsundere? Here's my own explanation - sometimes hostile
(tsuntsun), sometimes shy-shy 
(deredere), you get tsundere. That's what you get when you suddenly see Jo shy-shy towards you. Does it turn you on? hahaha. jkjk. 
In the example above, the waitress took tsuntsun to the extreme (90%), and very little dere dere (10%)...Nevertheless, it's not easy to keep the "angry" attitude and face all the time, when compared to the normal politeness level that you get in Japan (which to us, would be sort of an extreme level of politeness).
Let's see how these 3 "idiots" break it...
